to support our team and help us keep up with demand.

As our new Sous Chef, youll be responsible for:Leading the team confidently through busy services.Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen.Reporting directly to the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager.Training, mentoring, and developing junior team members through our in-house personal development plan.Managing stock levels, ordering from suppliers, and monitoring wastage.Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety at all times.
