:Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchenAssist the Head Chef in menu development and creation, ensuring seasonality of ingredients, manage the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, whilst supervising and developing the brigadeEnsure targets are met in relation to payroll and food costs and that?the brigade comply with all health and safety and food safety policies and proceduresThe successful candidate will:Have previous experience working in a Sous Chef position in a quality restaurant environmentBe passionate about delivering high quality, seasonal foodBe able to effectively manage, motivate and lead a teamHave the ability to develop a team, enhancing the skill level of the brigadeBe a clear communicator and enjoy being part of a teamWhats
