We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of planned maintenance and residential refurbishment projects across London and the Home Counties. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Contracts Manager with a strong background in social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or property services to take responsibility for multiple live projects and Site Management teams. The portfolio will encompass a broad range of internal and external works, including roofing, windows and doors, kitchens and bathrooms, fire-related works, external decorations, masonry repairs and general refurbishment. Key Responsibilities Overseeing multiple live contracts and project teams Managing and supporting Site Managers and operational staff Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Monitoring project performance and identifying risks Managing subcontractor performance Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Reviewing programmes, resources and project requirements Ensuring consistent standards of quality and health and safety Supporting mobilisation of new projects Providing regular operational and commercial reporting About You You will be an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record of managing multiple planned maintenance or refurbishment contracts, ideally within the social housing sector.
