Contracts Manager Location: Hereford Salary: 50,000 - 62,500 + Attractive Package The Opportunity We are working in partnership with a well-established construction business to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team, based out of Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of residential projects across Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire (the Three Counties). With projects ranging in value from 500,000 to 10 million, you will oversee a varied portfolio of residential developments, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects from inception through to completion. The business is looking for a commercially aware and hands-on Contracts Manager who can bring strong leadership, technical knowledge and a proven track record of delivering residential construction projects. The Role As Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the successful delivery of multiple residential construction projects across the Three Counties. Managing projects ranging in value from 500k to 10m. Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Managing and supporting Site Managers and project teams. Monitoring project performance, budgets, costs and commercial targets.
