The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied residential property caseload while working closely with a dedicated team of paralegals and assistants. Key responsibilities include: Managing residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Handling lease extensions, remortgages and transfers of equity. Building and maintaining strong relationships with estate agents and mortgage broker introducers. Working collaboratively with paralegals and legal assistants to deliver an efficient, high-quality service. Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required.
