Job Description: Important Application Requirements: Applicants must have 5 years of checkable references, a valid passport or ID card, National Insurance proof, and proof of address (e.g., bank statement or utility bill). HMRC employment history letter of the last 5 years. If successful, a valid Disclosure (CRC) will be required. As a member of the Assistance Team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence to passengers. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the airport operations and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. The purpose of this role is to provide the highest level of customer service at all times and ensure a smooth and pleasant journey for passengers. Main Duties: Be professional, polite, and courteous at all times. Provide assistance with passengers. Complete all necessary paperwork legibly and submit it promptly. Carry out any additional reasonable duties as assigned by operational management. Essential Criteria: Ability to assist passengers in accordance with guidelines. Capacity to provide navigational support to passengers as required.
