Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their EMEA division.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute individual to support projects from early-stage bid and pre-construction activities through to successful project delivery and final account agreement across a diverse portfolio of workplace projects throughout Europe.The RoleThe Commercial Manager will play a key role across both pre and post contract stages, working closely with clients, consultants, pre-construction teams, project teams and supply chain partners to ensure commercial success throughout the project lifecycle.This position offers exposure to complex, design-led commercial interior projects delivered for major corporate occupiers across multiple European markets.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-ContractSupport and contribute to tender and bid submissions.Review contract terms and commercial risks.Develop project budgets, cost plans and procurement strategies.Work alongside pre-construction, design and operational teams during bid stages.Assist with value engineering exercises and commercial solutions.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals.Post-ContractManage commercial performance ..... full job details .....
