It is now looking to strengthen its toolroom with the addition of an experienced Injection Moulding Toolmaker. 35,000- 43,000 + bonus, pension contributions of up to 7.5% and 33 days'' holiday DayshiftThis is a varied, hands-on role in which you''ll operate a range of toolroom machinery, including milling, grinding, turning, spark erosion and laser welding, to manufacture, develop and maintain tooling from initial concept through to final sign-off.Key Responsibilities of the Injection Moulding ToolmakerFitting and assembling new injection mould tools, ensuring each component meets specification and performs reliably in a production environment.Maintaining and improving existing tooling through repairs, modifications and ongoing technical support for injection moulding operations.Operating a range of toolroom machinery to manufacture, modify and repair tooling to the required standards.To be successful in this role, you will:Have previous experience working as a Toolmaker, specifically with injection mould tooling.Hold a Level 3 BTEC or equivalent vocational qualification in engineering or a related discipline.Be competent in operating a range of toolroom machinery, including milling, turning, grinding, spark erosion and welding equipment.Be confident reading and ..... full job details .....
