The business manufactures technical components for demanding electrical, automotive, medical and alternative-energy applications. Its capabilities include precision and micro-moulding, supported by an on-site Toolroom and experience processing high-performance engineering polymers. The Opportunity This position offers practical involvement in mould changes, process start-ups, troubleshooting and production improvement. You will work with glass-filled, flame-retardant and other engineering thermoplastics, where material preparation, temperature control and repeatable processing are essential to achieving consistent quality. Working across a three-shift rotation, you will help establish stable processes, resolve moulding problems and hand over machines that are ready to run reliably.
