This would be an exciting time to join a team of exceptional people driven to influencing and shaping outcomes for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Utilise market insights and industry knowledge to drive informed decision making with clients, impacting commercial and operational performance of suppliersGain and manage stakeholder engagement at all appropriate levels and influence effectivelyProvide input into client’s scope of requirements and specification design, proposing best practice approaches to the marketDevelop robust strategies that challenge clients’ thinking and drive cost transformationDevelop negotiation plans and manage negotiation process with client and supplier(s)Provide commercial input on contract terms and conditions with suppliersAgree mobilisation plans and manage activities with client and supplier(s) as requiredContribute to the development of Proxima’s internal knowledge development in the Professional Services categoryAbout You:Operating in a client facing environment in a consultancyStrong professional services category knowledge – Legal, Consultancy, Audit, BPOExperience of managing and coaching junior team membersDemonstrable experience of articulating value propositions to clientsProven track record in delivering high quality, strategic Procurement projectsFlexibility to travel domestically as requiredExcellent planning, negotiation, and written and oral communication skillsStrong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation and data analytical skillsOur culture at Proxima is unique and is what makes us stand out.
