This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PSH professional to manage a varied HMO-focussed caseload, provide support and guidance to junior colleagues and play a key role in delivering high-quality housing enforcement and regulatory services.Key ResponsibilitiesProtect tenants'' health and wellbeing by inspecting HMOs and identifying housing hazards.Ensure licensed properties meet the required standards by supporting HMO licensing compliance.Improve housing conditions by investigating complaints and progressing cases through to resolution.Raise standards across the private rented sector by working proactively with landlords, agents and tenants.Promote compliance and address poor property conditions through appropriate enforcement action.Support less experienced officers by sharing knowledge and providing technical guidance.Deliver an efficient service by managing your own inspections, diary and caseload.
