Understand client needs and craft well-structured, commercially viable proposals.Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-tier clients.Lead business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities in AI-driven search.Oversee multiple large-scale performance marketing projects, managing cross-functional teams of content strategists, SEOs, designers, and writers.Develop and implement innovative, data-driven content delivery methods.Create measurement and performance frameworks aligned with client KPIs.Monitor project budgets and ensure timely, within-scope delivery.Prioritise resources, delegate tasks effectively, and manage client expectations.Skills and Experience

Proven ability to deliver high-quality, engaging content with a sharp eye for detail.Strong track record of successful client engagement and delivery.Deep understanding of core marketing disciplines—including SEO, AI search, and content marketing.Working knowledge of analytics tools, content management systems, keyword research, and SEO technologies.Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.Enthusiastic team player with a desire to contribute to a collaborative, innovative culture.How to Apply
