Placed by Leon has partnered with a prestigious luxury lifestyle brand known for its heritage, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We’re looking for a Brand and Content Manager to join their dynamic Head Office team and help shape the brand’s story across all channels.The Ideal Candidate
Ideal traits : Someone passionate about luxury branding, with experience in content strategy, creation, and project management. You’ll be a hands-on professional, confident in managing photo/video shoots, print and digital campaigns, and collaborating with multiple teams. You’ll also have a keen eye for data, using insights to improve and refine content strategies.This role would suit someone who has previously worked as a:Content Manager or Brand Manager at a luxury or lifestyle brandMarketing Manager with strong content production experienceCreative Project Manager with experience running campaigns or shootsExperience and Responsibilities
Brand Guardian: Define, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all channels. Monitor usage and correct inconsistencies to uphold brand integrity.2-3 years as a manager in a similar content role.Content Strategist: Develop compelling brand stories and narratives, set content pillars, and manage the content calendar. Plan distribution across PR, media, and e-commerce channels to ensure a cohesive presence.Content Creator and Producer: Oversee high-quality photo and video shoots, manage ad-hoc content needs, and lead the planning of annual print editions. Manage casting, logistics, and post-production to deliver projects on time and within budget.Collaborator and Communicator: Work closely with internal teams and freelancers to ensure aligned messaging, streamline content creation, and identify strategic partnerships to expand reach and influence.Performance Analyst: Monitor content performance, industry trends, and use insights to inform strategy and improve engagement.Project Manager: Manage budgets, invoices, and communications for key projects, coordinating legal approvals and usage rights as needed.Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of luxury branding and content creationExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsProven ability to develop and execute successful content strategiesExperience managing creative projects and working with multidisciplinary teamsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyKnowledge of digital marketing channels and best practicesCompensation : This role pays £50K plus an 8% annual bonus and offers excellent company benefits.Seniority level
