Drive activity in content and social channelsBring the social and content strategy to life through creative ideasEducate and upskill key stakeholders as a credible digital communications expertDeliver integrated content and social campaigns supporting broader marketing strategiesDevelop close relationships with internal stakeholders and departmentsBuild strong relationships with external agencies and partners, setting direction, performance indicators, and KPIsAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual investment planning, managing budgets and paymentsReport on KPIs for marketing campaigns and monitor performanceUse social listening to understand customer sentiment and collaborate across channels for optimizationRecruit, mentor, and develop a teamExperience
