Are you a Quantity Surveyor or experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a specialist construction environment I''m working with an established and growing specialist facades and recladding contractor who are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an additional Quantity Surveyor. The business has a strong pipeline of work across London and the southern Home Counties, covering recladding, facade refurbishment and associated construction works across residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on commercial role offering broad exposure across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction estimating and procurement through to valuations, final accounts and commercial reporting. The Role Working closely with the project and commercial teams, you''ll take responsibility for the commercial management of allocated projects and develop strong relationships with clients, main contractors, suppliers and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing estimates, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections, monitoring project performance and identifying commercial risks. Managing valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts, including regular site visits to assess progress and ensure work is accurately valued.
