They are now seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis.The OpportunityThis successful Legal Secretary will provide high-quality secretarial and document production support to solicitors. The successful Legal Secretary will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely document preparation, assisting with workflow management, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:Producing, formatting, and proofreading Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, deeds, correspondence, and other legal documentsAdvising on document layout and reformatting optionsLiaising with solicitors, team leaders, and administrative staff to manage workload and meet deadlinesSupporting colleagues by sharing system knowledge and assisting with document production tasksParticipating in training to maintain up-to-date systems knowledgeCollaborating effectively with other legal and support departments as requiredThis Legal Secretary position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30amRequirementsProven Legal Secretary/Document Production experienceAt least 6 months Private Client experienceTyping speed of at least 60 WP
