Legal Secretary Location: Guildford -CentralSalary: £28,000 to £30,000 (DOE)Hours: Full time - Monday -Friday (9am-5pm) Overview: Our client, a highly reputable law firm based in Guildford, is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting two fee earners, including those at partner level. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive secretarial support, including audio typing for the timely production of documents, letters, attendance notes, briefs, and bills.Managing diaries and ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently.Maintaining detailed and accurate client administration files, both in physical and electronic formats.Liaising with clients and third parties, delivering exceptional client service in every interaction Skills/ Experience Required: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce work that is both fast and accurate.Strong audio transcription skills and fast typing ability.Familiar using case management systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and digital audio software.
