Job title: 1st Line Support Technician Salary: up to £29k Location: Cambridge My client is a driven and successful company, and they are looking for a 1st line support Technician to join their team. This role requires someone who is process orientated, effective and has the ability to build rapport with their clients. Responsibilities:Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win and 2022)Installing PCs / upgrading softwareAdministration of IP phone systemsSupporting customer applications Setting up email accounts and website hostingSupport for Mac''s remotely and on-siteTechnical skills: Anti-Virus, Disk Space, Memory/CPU, Office 365 Management, VPN IssuesConnectivity/ Wi-Fi Troubleshooting, Active Directory, Service Cancellations IT Solutions and Project WorkAttributes:Previous experience working for an MSP or Software house would be desirable Team playerKeen to learnConfident communicating over the phone
