Your new role as Neighbourhood Officer: As the Neighbourhood Officer, you will be the face of the housing service, taking ownership of estate management, lettings, and tenancy sustainability. Working closely with residents, cross-functional teams, and external agencies, you will ensure the schemes are vibrant, well-maintained, and well-managed places to live. You will have full accountability managing the end-to-end allocations, lettings, and void processes to minimise property turnaround times, provide proactive advice and support to residents on legal tenancy rights, changes, and sustainment.
