Key Duties Monitor estates to ensure they remain free from illegal dumping and abandoned vehicles. Inspect open spaces and communal areas within flats, raising jobs to address any issues identified. Arrange for graffiti to be removed promptly and raise awareness of local environmental issues within the community. Work with other agencies to improve the local environment and neighbourhood conditions. Carry out daily inspections of vacant properties and show available properties to prospective tenants. Check for abandoned properties and accept repair requests from tenants. Advise residents about other relevant services available to them. Work with individuals and communities to address local concerns and support community development. Engage with vulnerable residents and work alongside statutory, community and voluntary sector agencies. Keep the community informed about issues that may directly affect residents'' wellbeing.
