Overview

As Senior Business Assessor, you will assess the suitability of advice provided by 2plan Financial Advisers. This will cover all product lines such as Investments, Pensions, Protection, Mortgages and General Insurance. You\''ll play a key part in ensuring that the advice provided to the customer is correct and any errors can be identified and acted upon ensuring suitable customer outcomes.Responsibilities

Assessing new business submissions in accordance with the 2plan business standardsProviding appropriate feedback to individual advisersDemonstrating and applying understanding of internal Business StandardsProactively identifying trends and feeding continuous improvementIdentifying and building relationships with key contacts (both internally and externally) and providing advice and guidance as requiredLead Calibration within the team to ensure that Areas of development are addressedPromotion of team work within the Business Assessment TeamTraining and sign off of new staff across the relevant core product areas through coaching and feedbackSupport the delivery and development of team performance and workstream trend reportingDelegation of Management DutiesQualifications and Requirements

Ideally at least 2 years\'' experience within a financial services organisation and either qualified or working towards industry qualifications such as level 4 diploma and level 3 mortgage qualification.Would be expected to pass the relevant 2plan internal staff tests and the Anti Money Laundering test.Knowledge

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Leeds office.Benefits
