Key eesponsibilities: Lead business analysis activity across large-scale NHS change projects Gather and define business requirements and process improvements Support the design and delivery of new operating models and transformation initiatives Produce clear documentation including business cases, process maps and recommendations Skills and experience xperience: Experience as a Business Analyst within NHS projects Background in organisational change or operating model work Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills Experience in agile or traditional delivery settings
