You will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while providing day-to-day assistance to the Managing Director, directors and managers.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise the office and provide administrative support to directors and managers.Manage the Managing Director''s diary, meetings and appointments.Book travel, accommodation and flights when required.Prepare quotations for clients.Monitor shared email inboxes and distribute or forward correspondence.Answer incoming calls and take accurate, detailed messages.Manage incoming post and distribute it to the appropriate departments.Log tenders, download relevant information and maintain accurate server records.Create, edit and update spreadsheets.Complete general clerical duties, including filing and archiving paperwork.Match invoices against ..... full job details .....
