A well-established Painting & Decorating company looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Office Manager to join our growing team.

This is a varied role that will be at the heart of the-business, responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office while managing all finance and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations of the office
• Processing weekly/monthly payroll
• Raising customer invoices and managing accounts receivable
• Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Credit control and debt collection
• Preparing financial information for the company accountant
• Maintaining accurate financial and office records
• Answering customer enquiries and supporting the management team
• General administration and office management duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in an Office Manager or Finance Administrator role
• Strong knowledge of payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping, and general accounts
• Experience using accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage or QuickBooks)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• A friendly, professional, and flexible approach
