Kenneth Brian Associates are working on behalf of a non-profit organisation based in Leatherhead, who are seeking an experienced Office and Facilities Manager. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient facilities and office management for the core business fundamentals across IT, Fleet and Insurance Contracts.The role will involve:Primary point of contact for the MSP (outsourced IT company), being the go to and ensuring the MSP are doing what they should beContract negotiation i.e. insurances, fleet vehicles etcAssisting with logistics for any office moves etc.Seeking where third-party providers can improve services and seeking alternatives where necessaryPurchasing of IT hardware/software and issuing IT equipment for new staffSetting up new usersManaging office equipment and consumablesFleet management Experience required:Experience working with either an outsourced IT provider or in-house IT team, being that go to for issues/projects etc.Contract negotiations and renewalsFleet management would be advantageous but not essentialMust live locally to Leatherhead as the role is office basedWanting to work for a non-profit organisation which supports an excellent cause close to peoples heartsIn return our clients offers a very competitive benefits package and an opportunity to work for a brilliant non-profit ..... full job details .....
