Our client is a well-established and growing cold roll forming manufacturing company based in West Bromwich, West Midlands. Supplying high-quality steel profiles and formed sections to customers across the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors, they have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised and proactive Sales Administrator / Marketing Administrator to join their on-site team. This role is predominantly focused on sales administration and order processing (approximately 85%), with the remaining 15% supporting website updates, social media activity, and marketing administration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating with production, and helping maintain the company''s online presence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales administration experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment who is looking to develop a varied and rewarding career.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Processing role.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and/or Sage 50.
• Strong administrative, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Technical literacy with the ability to read basic production sheets, shipping manifests, and technical specifications.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with website content updates and social media platforms would be advantageous.
• Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, steel, or industrial sectors is desirable.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30am - 5:00pm
