This is an exciting opportunity for someone with industry knowledge who enjoys building customer relationships and supporting a fast-paced sales function.Key Responsibilities:Processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders.Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.Keeping customers updated on order progress.Liaising with customers, suppliers, designers and the external sales team.Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.Supporting the wider sales office as required.About You:Essential: Previous experience within the corrugated packaging industry.Experience in sales administration or internal sales.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem solving abilities.Experience with the Abaca system would be advantageous.The position will initially be based in West Bromwich, with a planned relocation to Bilston in the New Year.Interested?
