Account Manager/Sales Administrator

Location:West Bromwich
Salary: -28,000 to -30,000

We are recruiting for a customer-focused and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with industry knowledge who enjoys building customer relationships and supporting a fast-paced sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders.
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Keeping customers updated on order progress.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, designers and the external sales team.
• Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting the wider sales office as required.

• Essential: Previous experience within the corrugated packaging industry.
• Experience in sales administration or internal sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Experience with the Abaca system would be advantageous.
