Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Family Worker to support reunification and Special Guardianship Order conversions within a Local Authority. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. Overview: This role focuses on helping children and young people achieve safe, stable, and permanent outcomes within their family networks. The successful candidate will work closely with families, carers, and professionals to support reunification plans, guide SGO conversions, and deliver targeted interventions that strengthen relationships and reduce risk.
