Remote-first role with flexible shift patterns (9 am – 5 pm or 10 am – 6 pm) across Monday–Saturday to suit your lifestyle. Occasional travel to the office as required.
Hours: 32 hours, 4 days per week
Salary: £20,320 per year

About Modern MilkmanOur goal at Modern Milkman is to make the home sustainable, and to date we have prevented over 100 million plastic bottles from polluting the planet. We started as four friends from Lancashire delivering milk from a beat-up truck and now use technology, creative problem solving and innovative methods to bring back the milk round, making planet-positive shopping easy for customers.
Our mission is to connect with customers across the UK and introduce them to farm-fresh produce delivered to their door, sustainable living made straightforward and outstanding customer experiences that keep them coming back.
Responsibilities
Making engaging outbound calls (no cold calling nightmares here)
Building genuine relationships with customers who love what we do
Smashing sales targets and celebrating your wins

What we are looking for
Based in Manchester or within commutable distance
Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
Experience in telesales, customer service, or phone-based sales roles
Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging phone manner
Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit
Resilient and optimistic and you bounce back quickly from rejection
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Interview processThree stages including a task: Screen 30 minutes, Technical Interview 60 minutes, Ways of Working / Final Stage 30 minutes
