Head of Sales and Channel

OverviewHead of Sales and Channel - MRO Engineering and Industrial. A new Business Development role focusing on non-automotive sales channels for C-Class, Workshop Consumables across Engineering, Industrial, Rail, Food, Manufacturing, and any sector with MRO consumables needs. The role is an end-to-end managed consumables solution for industry, leveraging a 98% first-pick rate across 20,000+ stocked items, acting as an extension of customers'' warehouses for high-volume, low-value items and inventory management. UK wide (Central/ Midlands). 55k - 60k + Bonus + Car + Pension.
The MissionDrive growth in non-automotive markets by opening doors with Engineering Supplies networks, Industrial Distributors, and MRO suppliers. Develop new business and expand the reach of a proven consumables programme, integrating modern IT/ERP solutions with traditionally acquired products.
Responsibilities

Requirements / Qualifications
Senior sales experience in MRO or a high-activity, field-based environment.
Experience managing and developing major accounts in Engineering / Workshop Consumables.
Strong track record of delivering sales growth.
Gravitas to engage and influence at board level.
Proficiency in presentations and sales/market data analysis (Excel).
Clear, confident communicator.
Highly organized, numerate, professional, and resilient.
Willing to travel with occasional overnights.
Smart, punctual, and impactful in first impressions.
