Mechanical Supervisor Data Centre Bracknell Location: Bracknell Start: ASAP Contract: 6-month rolling contract Rate: £31.50 per hour Hours: hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07 30/17:00 We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in Bracknell. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing specialist mechanical subcontractors delivering packages including: Ventilation Pipework / Piping Air Conditioning Associated mechanical services Testing and commissioning activities This is primarily a subcontractor and package management role rather than a direct man-management position. You will oversee approximately operatives working through the mechanical subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, correctly and in line with programme requirements. Requirements Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Mechanical Supervisor Previous Data Centre experience Strong experience managing mechanical subcontractors and packages Experience across ventilation, pipework and air conditioning systems Able to identify and manage technical issues through to resolution Experience taking mechanical works/issues through to commissioning Strong understanding of mechanical installation, testing and commissioning processes ASAP start available with an initial 6-month contract and ongoing rolling work. ..... full job details .....
