Interim People and Culture Advisor - Change
I am urgently seeking an experienced Interim People and Culture Advisor to focus on Change for a not-for-profit organisation based in East London. The role pays a salary in the range of 41,000 to 43,500 per year depending upon experience and requires hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) on a fixed term salaried contract starting ASAP until the end of March 2026. Reporting to one of the Change People Partners, your key responsibilities include: - Providing high quality advice and guidance to managers and staff about change processes through various media such as at meetings or via the People Advice mailboxProviding support to the Change People Partners leading change at all stages of organisational change. This will include maintaining the datasheets for change, managing employee relations issues arising from change, producing accurate redundancy calculations, preparing documents and reports, reviewing terms and conditions of employment Working independently with the self-awareness to know when to escalate higher risk issues to the appropriate Change People Partners for guidance or resolutionCreating solutions to problems (that are appropriate for this grade) that do not have a ready-made solution in the existing policies and procedures by seeking further advice internally and/or externally, exploring best practice and legislative guidanceThe ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, experience, skills and competencies: - Significant experience of supportin
