Why this could be the ideal role for you
- You''re an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong background in building construction, ideally having worked for a main contractor.
- You enjoy the variety of working across multiple construction sites, rather than being permanently based on a single project.

- You prefer a practical, hands-on approach to Health & Safety, working collaboratively with site teams to improve standards.
- You''re looking for a business where you can develop your career and potentially progress into a more senior leadership position over time.
- Providing Health & Safety support and guidance across a portfolio of construction projects within the region.

- Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and practical guidance to site teams.
- Supporting the ongoing improvement of Health & Safety management systems, procedures and standards.
- Previous Health & Safety experience within the construction industry, ideally within a building-focused main contractor environment.
- Experience working across multiple construction projects, with an understanding of the risks associated with different trades and construction activities.
- A NEBOSH qualification or relevant NVQ in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with site teams, subcontractors and management.
- A proactive, practical approach to Health & Safety.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
- Salary of £50,000 to £62,500 depending on experience, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.

- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Predominantly home-based working, with flexibility to manage your own diary.
- A varied portfolio of construction projects.
- Funded training and professional development.
- Long-term career progression opportunities.
