This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle high-quality commercial and residential property disputes within a supportive, collaborative team. The Role You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex disputes, advising a broad client base that includes landlords, tenants, developers, investors and property owners. Your work will include: Commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Landlord and tenant disputes Possession proceedings and forfeiture Rent recovery, service charge and dilapidations disputes Break notices and breach of covenant matters Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way Advising clients on dispute resolution strategies, including negotiation, mediation and litigation where appropriate Working closely with Counsel, surveyors and other professional advisers Who You Are The successful candidate will have: Qualified Solicitor with 4-6 years'' PQE in Property Litigation Experience handling a broad range of commercial and residential property ..... full job details .....
