The Role You will advise on a varied caseload including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputes Development and construction-related property disputes Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way Rights of light disputes Boundary and land ownership disputes Possession claims and other real estate litigation matters You will manage your own caseload while also assisting senior colleagues on larger, more complex disputes, gaining exposure to high-value and technically challenging work.
