The team advises a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to major institutional clients, both regionally and nationally. This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of high-quality contentious matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm is committed to flexible working and is open to considering part-time applications, with a minimum commitment of three days per week. The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including:• Contractual disputes• Shareholder and partnership disputes• Debt recovery and recoveries work• Insolvency-related matters• Property disputes and matters involving fixed charge receivers• Sports law matters• General civil and commercial litigation You will have responsibility for your own caseload whilst also working closely with colleagues across the wider litigation team to deliver outstanding client service.
