This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll administration experience and strong HR systems knowledge to develop their career within a high-performing and people-focused environment. Working within the HR Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting payroll processes, HR systems administration, data management and reporting. You''ll work closely with HR colleagues and external providers to ensure the smooth running of critical people processes while helping to drive continuous improvement across the function. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the payroll integration process and act as a key liaison with the external payroll provider.Review payroll outputs, identify discrepancies and support payroll validation activities.Produce payroll reports, reconciliations and data analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support day-to-day HR data management and reporting requirements across the wider business.Assist with the administration, maintenance and ongoing development of the HR information system.Support annual remuneration review processes and statutory reporting requirements.Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Provide ad hoc support to the wider HR team as required.
