Project Administrator Building Services / Construction Industry Warlingham, Surrey Up to 30K Permanent, PAYE role. We are actively recruiting for a Project Administrator to support a busy Building Services / Construction team. You will form part of a specialist team within an established service provider who specialise in refurbishments and quoted project works within commercial environments. This is a full time, permanent position, office based in Warlingham, South London / Surrey. The Company A well-established building services contractor specialising in commercial refurbishment and quoted project works across a range of environments including retail, hospitality, leisure and other commercial premises. The Role As the Projects Administrator, this is a key support role within the Projects division. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support across multiple refurbishment and fabric based building services project works, ensuring documentation, compliance and commercial processes run efficiently from enquiry through to completion. You will work closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and Commercial teams.
