As Contract Compliance Officer you will undertake administrative duties to collate data and support the production of service reporting for the Settlement''s commissioned Money Advice Services - including the provision of information for Birmingham City Council and the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS). You will work with the Money Advice Service Manager and Debt and Welfare Benefit Advisors to provide administrative support as required, including receiving and making calls to clients. This will sometimes include helping out with reception duties as required. The role forms an integral part of the Money Advice Team.
