Role: Agency Compliance Officer (x2) Reporting to: Agency Compliance ManagerLocation: Head Office Contract Type: Full time, permanentSalary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annumDue to growth across the business, The Supply Register are seeking to appoint 2 Agency Compliance Officers to join our expanding Quality and Compliance team. Reporting directly to the Agency Compliance Manager, this role will play an important part in maintaining and monitoring compliance standards across our supply chain.The primary focus of the position will be conducting detailed compliance audits, reviewing candidate documentation and agency processes, and ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are implemented. The successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring that partner agencies are consistently meeting The Supply Register''s compliance requirements, client expectations and relevant legislative standards, including Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE).This is a particularly detail-focused role, ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, methodical and process driven, with the ability to conduct thorough audits, identify errors and maintain accurate audit reports.Role and Responsibilities Conduct regular, structured audits of partner agencies in line with the agreed audit schedule.Undertake detailed reviews of candidate compliance files to ensure all required documentation, checks and evidence are present, accurate, valid and up to date.Check agency processes and procedures ..... full job details .....
