Prodrive Recruitment Consultants Ltd are recruiting for a quality focused and experienced Purchasing and Compliance Officer for our well-established clients based in Worcestershire. The successful candidate will be supporting the manufacture of products for the agriculture sector and industrial waste treatment by ensuring that production practices, finished production documentation and purchased materials meet customer requirements, agreed specifications and applicable assurance standards. Main Responsibilities: Maintain and co-ordinate management systems supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and FAMI-QS certification. Maintain controlled procedures, specifications records and other management system documentation and coordinate and plan internal audits, certification audits, supplier and customer audits and management reviews. Work across departments to establish objectives, monitor performance and non-conformances, monitor corrective actions to improve activities and to ensure that all actions are completed. Maintain a register of applicable requirements and legislation covering packaging, REACH and relevant sector assurance schemes. Coordinate and take responsibility for the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging and products against approved specifications, production requirements and agreed stock levels.
