A fantastic opportunity exists for an HR Business Partner to join the organisation on a fixed-term contract (30-35 hours per week). This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home and from their East London offices. The salary is £40,000-£45,000 FTE and the role is expected to start from 1st July or as soon as possible. Who are we looking for? Ideal candidates will have a strong background in employee relations and generalist HR experience, ideally gained in a charity or non-profit setting. You will be confident in advising on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations cases, and supporting recruitment and retention strategies. A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience of 4+ years) is essential. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both strategically and operationally are key. Experience working independently in a hybrid environment and partnering with managers at all levels will be highly valued.
