Resident Experience Manager Cobalt is recruiting a Resident Experience Manager for a large-scale residential development. This is an on-site role combining resident engagement, events, digital marketing and operational support, with genuine ownership over how residents experience their homes and wider community. Reporting to the General Manager, the Resident Experience Manager will work closely with the leasing, front-of-house and operational teams, making this a varied opportunity for someone who enjoys combining people-focused responsibilities with creative and commercial projects.
