This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within recruitment and administration in a supportive and fast-paced service environment.This is a predominantly administrative role with no candidate-facing responsibilities. You will support the recruitment team and departmental managers with a variety of tasks to ensure vacancies are processed efficiently and recruitment activities run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesSift and shortlist CVs against job requirements.Support hiring managers with recruitment administration.Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.Raise purchase orders and assist with recruitment-related paperwork.Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking systems.Coordinate vacancy approvals and recruitment documentation.Liaise with internal department heads regarding recruitment requirements.Ensure all recruitment administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.About YouPrevious administration experience is ..... full job details .....
