Key Responsibilities Sourcing and Screening: Utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to find and assess candidates. Candidate Management: Building talent pipelines, managing the recruitment process, and providing an excellent candidate experience. Administration and Coordination: Arranging interviews, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate CRM/compliance records. Collaboration: Partnering with consultants to meet client requirements. Requirements Experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred. Strong communication skills and confidence in phone/video interactions.
