Overall Purpose: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to achieve sales targets, develop new business, maintain customer relationships, and enhance the overall customer experience.This role involves strategic planning, managing people, selling, leveraging technology, and improving processes.The Sales Manager is also responsible for training, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the sales team.The role will also form part of the Senior Leadership Team to take the business forward and be a strategic part of structuring the business for growth.Key Duties:Senior Leadership Team:Serve on the Senior Leadership Team to grow the business and provide strategic input for all aspects of the business.Carry out reviews on process, procedure, documents to influence how the business operates to optimize growth, communication, customer engagement.Manage and inform teams on new directives from the board and the company directors.Support the directors in all aspects of the business strategySales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.Team Management:Recruit, train
