Due to another record-breaking year and the continued growth of the Cruise Sales team, our client, one of the UK s leading cruise specialist companies, is looking for an experienced Cruise Sales Manager to join their Cruise Management team. Our client s ideal candidate will be a great salesperson and coach, ready to lead by example. Finding ways to engage, inspire and communicate to bring out the best in people. You ll be a great communicator, approachable, confident and friendly, promoting open and honest feedback. On offer is a salary of £32,000 plus bonus structure and excellent benefits.
