The role will involve the delivery of high-quality support to the Financial Controller, Management Board and wider finance team and to provide important management information and analysis to a broad range of users throughout the firm including Key Responsibilities; Checking all billing instructions received are fully compliant Generating client invoices, ensuring prompt delivery and applying payment solutions Monitoring receipted invoices and liaising with credit control on outstanding amounts Creating reports and billing related data to enable prompt decision making at management level Providing fee earners key data to understand and manage their client relationships Recording supplier invoices on to the purchase ledger Reconciling control accounts Production of reports for inclusion in the monthly ..... full job details .....
