Based in County Antrim, this growing business has developed a strong reputation within its market and offers a busy, professional environment with excellent opportunities for development.Your New RoleAs Accounts Team Leader, you will report to the Financial Controller and take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of a busy transactional finance function. This is a hands-on position where you will oversee a small accounts team while remaining actively involved across purchase ledger, subcontractor payments, payroll, VAT, sales invoicing and month-end activities.Key responsibilities will include:Overseeing the processing and authorisation of purchase and subcontractor invoicesCompleting three-way matching and supplier account reconciliationsManaging supplier queries and resolving invoice or payment discrepanciesEnsuring CIS and RCT compliance across subcontractor transactionsSupporting weekly and monthly supplier and subcontractor payment runsProcessing and overseeing weekly payroll, including timesheets, RTI and auto-enrolment requirementsSupporting sales invoicing and credit control activitiesPreparing and submitting VAT returns, including UK and ROI transactionsAssisting with month-end procedures, reconciliations and overhead analysisEnsuring expenditure is accurately coded and ..... full job details .....
